Operating instructions

Magnum Optimum Hoppers should only be stacked on a flat level surface. Care mustbe taken to ensure that hoppers are correctly stacked before placing another unit on top. Hoppers include the following parts:

1. Lid (optional accessory)
2. Foldable sides secured by catches on both short sides
3. Optiframe spacers secure inner funnel base (item 4)
4. Funnel base with 350 x 220mm opening
5. Dispensing slider: pull out to open
6. Pallet base with two outside runners and two feet

Hoppers can be accessed by fork lift vehicle from all four sides. When using pallet ‘pump’ trucks, care should be taken that the truck wheels are not resting on the runners when raising the unit as this can cause the runners to detach or break.

The all-plastic construction combined with smooth sides promotes hygiene and is easy to clean. Optional lid protects contents from rain, dust and other containments. Includes a funnel-shaped base leading to a wide 350 x 220mm opening for fast emptying. Large 958 litre storage capacity and folding sides to save valuable space on return transport. Strong and tough, the Magnum Optimum Hopper has a 500 Kg carrying capacity and stacks up to five units high; a combined load of over 2 tonnes on the base hopper. Identification options include drop-in label holders and recessed areas for permanent labelling. All parts are easily replaced if damaged and the container can be fully recycled at the end of its long service life.
